Happy Halloween! 🎃 Pero dito sa TESDA, dapat walang multo. 🚫👻

Under my watch, bawal ang ghost training at bawal ang ghost scholar! Kasi bawat programa, dapat may katawan, may mukha, at may saysay.

Sa TESDA, hindi uso ang ghosting, lalo na pag serbisyo publiko ang pinag-uusapan. Dahil ang tunay na “espiritu” ng TESDA ay spirit of integrity, transparency, at malasakit.
