1. Uniforms made with sublimation printing are usually made from synthetic fabric.

2. Because of that, they do not meet the required standards for breathability and sustainability.

3. The Civil Service Commission (CSC) therefore considers these uniforms non-compliant with DM No. 028, s. 2025.
