ANNOUNCEMENT | Adjusted Class Schedule Due to High Heat Index

To prioritize the health and safety of our students and school personnel amid the rising heat, we are implementing the following temporary adjustments starting August 18, 2026 until further notice:

📌 Adjusted Class Hours: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM only (Shortened face-to-face sessions for all levels, Kinder to College)
📌 For school personnel: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Your Academic Coordinators and Advisers will keep you posted on the details of the adjusted class schedules.

We strongly encourage everyone to:
✅ Stay hydrated
✅ Watch out for signs of heat exhaustion

CONGRATULATIONS, SMCCI HINAJAO DANCE TROUPE! 🏆💚

The Hinajao Dance Troupe proudly represented SMCCI in SAJAW SA KADAYANAN: PASUNDAYAG KAN BIRHEN MARIA Street Dance Competition and secured the title of 2nd Runner-Up in the Final Showdown at the Cantilan Town Plaza! 💃✨

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our Socio-Cultural Coordinator, Ms. Jan Mica T. Anino, LPT whose dedication, guidance, and unwavering support have played an important role in nurturing the students’ talents and providing them with meaningful opportunities to showcase their abilities.

Special thanks to the trainers Jonnie Guardo Flores and Ringgo Orpina, for their guidance, dedication, and unwavering support throughout the journey. 👏✨

Michaelinian Dancers Shine at Sajaw sa Kadayanan Street Dance Competition

CANTILAN, Surigao del Sur — Contingents lined up along the vibrant streets of Cantilan, on Friday, Aug. 14 2026 to compete in the Sajaw sa Kadayanan: Pasundayag kan Birhen Maria: one of the highlights of the Cantilan Sirong Festival 2026.

Representing the school were the SMCCI dancers formally known as the Hinajao Dance Troupe, who took part in the competition and delivered an outstanding performance full of energy and absolute precision!

CONGRATULATIONS, SMCCI HINAJAO DANCE TROUPE!

We are proud to celebrate our dancers for bringing home 3rd Place in the Sajaw sa Kadayanan: Street Dance & Final Showdown Competitions, a highlight of the 2026 Cantilan Sirong Festival in celebration of Cantilan's town fiesta honoring the Immaculate Conception!

From the electrifying Street Dance Competition on August 13 to the grand finale, Pasundayag kan Birhen Maria, on August 15, our troupe gave it their all on stage, competing against other talented entries representing the high schools of Cantilan.

Well done, SMCCI Hinajao Dance Troupe! You've made your school and community proud! Heartfelt thanks as well to our dedicated coach, trainers, and generous donors for your guidance, sacrifice, and support that made this victory possible!Mabuhay ang SMCCI! Viva la Virgen!

The streets of Cantilan came alive last August 12 as SMCCI proudly joined the Opening Parade of the Cantilan Fiesta!

With vibrant colors, joyful cheers, energetic performances, and the united spirit of the SMCCI family, we proudly celebrated alongside the community. The parade marked the beginning of a festive celebration filled with culture, tradition, camaraderie, and unforgettable memories.

A day to celebrate our community, showcase our school spirit, and welcome the fiesta with pride and joy!
