𝙊𝙣𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 | The Leadership Training & Seminar spearheaded by the Supreme Student Council of the Main Campus officially came to a close with a series of fun, engaging, and purposeful team-building activities that strengthened camaraderie, trust, and collaboration among our student leaders.

The activities were more than just games as they served as opportunities for the student leaders to apply the lessons of leadership, communication, and unity learned throughout the seminar in a dynamic and interactive way.

As the 2026 LTS ends, we carry forward not only new knowledge and skills, but also stronger bonds and a shared commitment to lead with integrity, inclusivity, and service.

The SSC Main expresses its deepest gratitude to everyone who made this journey impactful and inspiring. Together, we move forward as empowered leaders, ready to serve our organizations and the ISPSC community with renewed passion and purpose.

𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙎𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 | Participants of this year's LTS are currently engaged in an insightful plenary session with Mr. Niño Gadingan as he tackles the timely and relevant topic: “Leading Beyond Screens: Student Leadership in the Digital Era.”

This session explores how student leaders can inspire, influence, and create impact in an increasingly digital world—where leadership goes beyond face-to-face interactions and into virtual spaces.

𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙎𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 | The plenary session is currently being held with Atty. Yaye D. Lares, Legal Officer IV of ISPSC, as our distinguished resource person. She is delivering an insightful discussion on “Inclusive Governance: Ensuring Equity and Fair Representation in Student Organizations.”

As the session unfolds, Atty. Lares is highlighting the importance of fairness, accountability, and inclusivity in student leadership, reminding student leaders of their responsibility to ensure that every voice is heard and represented.

This timely discussion continues to inspire participants to uphold democratic values and practice inclusive decision-making within their respective organizations.

𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙎𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 | The plenary session this afternoon continues with Hon. Mark Carlo M. Mendoza, former Student Trustee of the NLPSC Board of Trustees, as he delivers a timely and thought-provoking discussion on “Checks and Balances in Student Organizations: Preventing Abuse of Power.”

This plenary session challenges student leaders to build student organizations that are not only strong and efficient, but also fair, just, and grounded in democratic principles. True leadership, after all, is about safeguarding trust and serving with responsibility.

𝙇𝙏𝙎 2026. Tomorrow, January 15, we officially begin a journey of learning, growth, and purposeful leadership!

The Leadership Training & Seminar, spearheaded by the Supreme Student Council of the Main Campus, brings together student leaders from the campus who are ready to sharpen their skills, deepen their sense of responsibility, and lead with integrity, inclusivity, and vision.

Over the next days, we will learn from inspiring resource persons, engage in meaningful discussions, and strengthen the values that shape us as leaders of today and tomorrow. This is more than a seminar. This is a fresh start for a renewed commitment to serve, to empower others, and to lead beyond titles.
