IMPORTANT DETAILS TO REMEMBER (as proposed during the meeting):
1.) The General Assembly is a half-day affair scheduled on MARCH 23, 2019 with activities purposefully set to end before lunch.
2.) Lunch arrangement is not included in the itinerary. Should you wish to still have lunch within school grounds, kindly inform the school admin of your desires.
3.) T-shirts to be worn during the GA shall be the sole discretion of your batches: color, style and material. You may use old reunion shirts or make new ones but please make sure to include the 2 official school and alumni logos.
4.) Adopt-a-Student Gift-giving Project:
a. 1 indigent student to be adopted per batch
b. The school admin shall serve as the screening committee to determine the 5 most indigent students per grade level (totaling to 30 students) to be the beneficiaries; basing on their low income family status, may or may not include 4 P’s beneficiaries.
c. Minimum of, but not limited to, P3000 sponsorship (per batch) in the form of:
* School uniforms
* School supplies
* School fees
* Other school-related stuff
(To be further finalized in the succeeding meetings)
5.) For the Election of new set of Officers:
a. Kindly arrange three (3) representatives from your batches to participate in the nomination and election.
b. The possible nominees must come from the pool of batch representatives who are to attend the election.
6.) To interested batches who would like to render intermission performances during the program, you are most welcome. Kindly inform us of your wonderful intentions so as to be included in the program.
