For every child who thrives, every teacher who feels supported, and every parent who trusts in a brighter future, there is a dedicated leader working tirelessly behind the scenes. Today, we celebrate Maโ€™am Erwina Carino Ardaniel, our passionate and hardworking Principal of Calaoa-an Elementary School.

As our school head, Maโ€™am Erwina plays a vital role in steering Calaoa-an ES toward excellence. While teachers guide individual classrooms, a principal holds the heart of the entire school, creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where both educators and learners can reach their fullest potential. Having a leader who genuinely listens, supports, and envisions growth for everyone makes a profound difference in our daily school life.

From supporting teachers in their professional growth, ensuring dynamic learning spaces, listening to the needs of the community, to leading with empathy and integrity, every effort she makes creates ripples of positive change across all grade levels.

Her office and presence reflect a leadership style where challenges are seen as opportunities to grow, innovation is encouraged, and every achievement, big or small, of our learners and faculty is deeply valued and celebrated.

As Principal, she not only manages the day-to-day operations of our school, but also builds strong bridges with parents, stakeholders, and community partners. At the core of all her dedication is her sincere commitment to the growth, safety, and holistic well-being of every Calaoa-an ES learner.

Maโ€™am Erwina, thank you for guiding our school with wisdom, supporting our teachers with unwavering care, and inspiring our whole community to continuously strive for excellence.

Because behind every flourishing school is a dedicated leader who believes, supports, and leads with heart.

Not all heroes of a school stand in front of a classroom. Some keep everything moving behind the scenes.

Today, we recognize Maโ€™am April Ann Rebuldela Parayno, Administrative Officer II of DepEd Calaoa-an Elementary School, a valued member of our school family whose work helps make every school day more organized, efficient, and manageable.

From handling important documents and records to coordinating administrative concerns and assisting the school community, Maโ€™am April takes on responsibilities that may often happen quietly, but are essential to the smooth operation of our school.

Her work supports our teachers, learners, and school head by helping ensure that important processes are attended to, information is properly managed, and administrative needs are addressed with care and efficiency.

Behind every completed document, every organized record, and every administrative task accomplished is someone who gives time, patience, and attention to detail.

Maโ€™am April, thank you for being one of the steady hands behind Calaoa-an Elementary School. Your dedication may not always be seen in a classroom, but its impact can be felt throughout the entire school community.

Today, we celebrate your service, commitment, and the important work you do each day.

Ma'am April, Ikaw Naman!

This National Teachersโ€™ Month, we celebrate Maโ€™am Karla Cortado Flores, Grade 3 Humility Adviser and Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao Coordinator.

As a Grade 3 adviser, Maโ€™am Karla guides her learners through a stage when they are becoming more independent, curious, and aware of the world around them. In her classroom, learning is not only about lessons and activities it is also about helping children understand the importance of kindness, respect, responsibility, honesty, and empathy.

Her role as ESP Coordinator makes her work even more meaningful. She helps strengthen the teaching and practice of good values across the school, reminding our learners that what they learn becomes truly meaningful when they put it into action.

From saying โ€œthank you,โ€ helping a classmate, telling the truth, respecting others, and choosing to do what is right even when no one is watching these simple acts are the foundations of good character.

Maโ€™am Karla helps remind us that a teacherโ€™s influence is measured not only by what learners know, but also by the kind of person they are becoming.

Thank you, Maโ€™am Karla, for nurturing young minds and helping build young hearts with strong values. May your classroom continue to be a place where learning and character grow together.

Teacher Karla, Ikaw Naman!

For every child learning to read, write, express an idea, or raise a hand with confidence, there is a teacher patiently guiding the way. Today, we celebrate Maโ€™am Nathalia Lara Lundang Regucera, our dedicated Grade 2 Adviser and School Reading Coordinator.

As a Grade 2 teacher, Maโ€™am Lara plays an important role in helping young learners build the skills and confidence they need for the years ahead. At this stage, children are learning to become more independent readers, writers, thinkers, and communicators, and having a teacher who patiently guides them through each milestone makes a meaningful difference.

From helping a child read a new word, understand a story, write a sentence, solve a problem, or simply find the courage to raise a hand, every small achievement in Grade 2 is a step toward becoming a more confident learner.

Her classroom is a place where mistakes become opportunities to learn, questions are welcomed, and progress, no matter how small is celebrated.

As the School Reading Coordinator, she also helps promote the importance of reading beyond her own classroom. But at the heart of her work is her role as a Grade 2 teacher, being there every day for her learners during a crucial part of their early education.

Maโ€™am Lara, thank you for teaching our young learners with patience, encouraging them with kindness, and helping them believe that they can learn and succeed.

Because sometimes, the biggest impact begins with the simplest things: a teacher who teaches, a child who tries, and a classroom where learning feels possible.

Teacher Lara, Ikaw Naman!

Some teachers leave their mark through the lessons they teach. Others leave it through the voices they help develop, the culture they help preserve, and the young leaders they encourage to step forward.

Today, we shine the spotlight on Maโ€™am Marites Fernandez Gadong, Grade 5 Adviser, School Filipino Coordinator, and SELG Adviser of Calaoa-an Elementary School.

As a Grade 5 adviser, she walks alongside her learners as they grow more independent and begin to discover their strengths and responsibilities. She creates opportunities for them to express themselves, make decisions, and learn from every experience.

As our School Filipino Coordinator, Maโ€™am Marites helps keep the Filipino language alive in the everyday life of the school. Through her efforts, learners are encouraged to appreciate our language not only as a subject, but as a meaningful part of our culture and identity.

And as an SELG Adviser, she provides guidance to learners who are learning what it means to serve, lead, cooperate, and represent their fellow pupils. She helps young voices become responsible voices, voices that can contribute positively to their school community.

Three roles, each with its own responsibility. Yet behind them is one teacher who continues to give her time, guidance, and dedication to the children she serves.

Maโ€™am Marites, thank you for helping our learners find their voice, value their language, and discover their capacity to lead.

Today, Teacher Marites Fernandez Gadong, Ikaw Naman!

Handling learners from Grades 4 to 6, Sir Melvin Junio brings his knowledge, energy, and dedication into every classroom he enters. As a subject teacher, he helps learners deepen their understanding of their lessons while encouraging them to participate, ask questions, and become more confident in their abilities.

Beyond academics, Sir Melvin takes on an equally important role as our Sports Coordinator. He helps provide opportunities for learners to discover their talents, develop discipline, build teamwork, and experience the values that sports can teach perseverance, sportsmanship, respect, and determination.

As the only male teacher in the school, Sir Melvin brings a unique presence to the Calaoa-an Elementary School family. His dedication reminds us that teaching takes many forms, and every teacher contributes something special to the growth of our learners and the strength of our school community.

Today, we celebrate Sir Melvin, not simply for the roles he carries, but for the time, effort, and heart he gives to every learner he encounters.

Thank you, Sir Melvin, for being a teacher in the classroom and a leader in the field of sports. Your impact reaches far beyond the subjects you teach.

Teacher Melvin Junio, Ikaw Naman!
