Grateful beyond words!

The 33rd Asia Pacific Regional Scout Jamboree in Botolan, Zambales, Philippines has officially come to an end.

The days were filled with learning, adventure, teamwork, and moments that pushed us to grow as Scouts and as individuals.

We met new friends, shared cultures, and created memories that will stay with us long after the jamboree.

Camp Marino concludes, highlights scouts' unity, service

Candon National High School (CNHS) scouts wrapped up Camp Marino with a solemn holy mass, community-focused clean and green drive, and formal break camp, ending the three-day encampment with discipline and strengthened fellowship, November 23.

Furthermore, CNHS scouts learned new skills and gained fond memories, renewing a sense of discipline, service and unity among all scout attendees.

CNHS scouts engage in full-day training, campfire celebration at Camp Marino

Candon National High School's (CNHS) scouts spent a full-day program of skills training and evening fellowship at Camp Marino, integrating hands-on learning with a spirited campfire celebration that strengthened camaraderie and scout identity, November 22.

Below is the list of activities undertaken by scouts:

🌞 MORNING TO NIGHT SESSIONS:

⛺ Module 1: Survival Smart Camp -
Basic Survival Skills and Outdoor Safety

🌱 Module 2: Herbs for Health -
Learning About Different Herbal Medicine

➰ Module 3: Pioneers of Tomorrow -
Knot Tying and Lashing

❤‍🩹 Module 4: Life Savers’ Lane -
Basic Carries

♻️ Module 5: Eco-Warriors’ Ground -
The 3R’s: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

⚜️ Grand Campfire -
Night with fellowship and celebration through yells, skits, talents, and search for Mr. And Ms. Scout Crews.

With this, Camp Marino's second day deepened the scouts' unity, prompting that learning and leadership thrive strongest in the spirit of scouting.

CNHS scouts join investiture at Camp Marino

Candon National High School’s (CNHS) Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) officially opened Camp Marino through a solemn investiture ceremony, marking the formal entry of new members into the Brotherhood of Scouting, November 21.

The ceremony underscored discipline, service, and unity for all scouts as they formally entered the brotherhood of scouting, setting the tone throughout Camp Marino.

Ngayong araw, ating gunitain ang tapang at dangal na ipinakita ng Supremo ng Katipunan. Paalala ng kanyang buhay na ang tunay na paglilingkod ay hindi nasusukat sa posisyon, kundi sa prinsipyo.

Bilang Scouts, bitbit natin araw-araw ang diwa ng pagiging tapat, handa, at may malasakit. Nawa ay patuloy nating isabuhay ang aral sa bawat gawain, maliit man o malaki, para sa kapakanan ng ating kapwa at ng ating bayan.
