๐ฟ Building Nutrition-Sensitive Communities, One Training at a Time! ๐
The Extension Unit of Bohol Island State University โ Candijay Campus successfully conducted the BIDANI Trainersโ Training on August 18โ22, 2025, at Acacia Inn, Poblacion, Candijay, Bohol, spearheaded by Dr. Rosario N. Piloton, Extension Director.
This 5-day capacity-building initiative aimed to strengthen the knowledge and skills of trainers in implementing community-based and nutrition-sensitive development programs under the BIDANI Network Program.
Participants from various BISU campuses and UP Visayas, Iloilo actively engaged in interactive sessions led by distinguished resource speakers from UPLB-BIDANI, including Dr. Clarissa B. Juanico, Ms. Jaidee P. Agne, Ms. Pamela A. Gonzales, Ms. Denise June A. Castor, Ms. Jomaica Yvonne R. De Joya, Ms. Katrina F. Baluyot, King Niรฑo B. Manzano, and Jessica C. Tonio.

It concluded with the presentation of action plans and the formation of an organizational structure, symbolizing a shared vision for stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities.
