✅ Get Your Queue Number
Pick up a number at the queuing machine near the cashier area.
Make sure your pre-enrollment form is complete and signed by your department head before getting a number.
✅ Registrar’s Office
Wait for your number to be called.
Submit your completed and signed form for evaluation and subject encoding.
✅ Assessment & Payment
Head to Windows 7 or 8 for your assessment and balance check.
Pay your fees at Cashiers 4, 5, or 6.
✅ Claim Your Registration Form
✅After payment, wait for your name to be called and pick up your registration form at the Registrar’s Office.
Be patient as the Accounting Department prepares your copy.

Double-check your enrolled subjects and class schedule on your registration form.
Report any schedule conflicts to the Registrar’s Office immediately.
Changing, adding, or dropping of subjects is allowed only from January 13-17, 2025.
