IN PHOTOS || First Aid & Basic Life Support Training
Tayabas Western Academy actively participated in the First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) Training organized by CAPRISA and facilitated by the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO). The training aimed to equip participants with essential life-saving skills and emergency response techniques that can be applied during accidents, medical emergencies, and disaster situations.
Among the participants were the TWA Senior Scouts, Health Services Personnel headed by Madonna V. Macatangay, and members of the TWA faculty. Through hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises, attendees gained valuable knowledge in administering first aid, performing basic life support procedures, and responding effectively to emergency situations.
This initiative reflects TWA’s commitment to promoting safety awareness, preparedness, and responsible community service among its students and personnel.

Last May 15, 2026, marks another meaningful milestone as Tayabas Western Academy and Laguna State Polytechnic University officially sign the Memorandum of Agreement for collaborative programs focused on adolescent welfare, health, leadership, and development.
Together, we are creating safer spaces, stronger support systems, and brighter opportunities for every young person in our community. 💚💛🔰
