EUC Education Students Partakes the 17th Annual PAFTE

The 1st to 4th year education students of MSEUF–CI attends the 17th Annual Quiz Bee for Preservice Teachers with the theme “Championing Global Citizenship and Peace Education,” on January 27, at the University of Batangas, Millennium Gym.

Spearheaded by The Phillipine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE), this initiative leads 52 schools and universities around CALABARZON IV-A to participate in the 17th Annual Quiz Bee for Pre-service Teachers, along with the anticipated seminar which served as a platform for meaningful exchange of insights from the speakers, faculty, and pre-service teachers.

The event fostered collaboration and professional guidance within the participants, encouraging shared commitment, responsibility, and lifelong learning to uphold the service of teaching.

As the program concluded, EUC PAFTE Quiz Bee delegates Katricia Pida, Jaide Gunda, and Raiza May Samante execute an excellent performance, showing both academic competence and dedication as future educators, bringing honor and pride to the institution.

PAFTE IV-A 17th Annual Seminar and Quiz Bee for Pre-Service Teachers with the theme “Pre-Service Teachers as Catalysts for Global Citizenship and Peace Education,” is finally here.

MaPa Commences the 3rd Pinning and Send-Off Ceremony for Future Educators

The 3rd and 4th year Education Students of the College of Teaching Education and Liberal Arts, spearheaded by the Manunudlong Paham Organization, convenes its 3rd pinning and send-off ceremony, with the theme "Passing the Torch: Lighting the Path of Tomorrow," on January 19, 2026 at the EUC gymnasium.

The annual pinning and send-off ceremony is one of the significant milestones for the 3rd and 4th year education students as they officially step on the field of teaching.

Through the hard-earned nameplates, carrying the dreams of each student, the pins have been blessed by Reverent Francisco S. Bingco.

The main highlight of the event came as the 3rd year students was officially pinned, lead by the CTELA Department Head, Mrs. Rocell M. Dakis, together with the Dean of Studies, Dr. Crystal B. Quintana, and the School Administrator, Mr. Gaspar Hector Tapire, assisted by the Guess Speaker of the ceremony, Dr. Anna Kathrina Ceria.

Followed by the awarding of certificates for the completion of Field Study 1 and 2 of 4th year pre-service teachers, led by Elementary Principal and Field Study professor, Mrs. Maria Teresa G. Riparip.

As the event concluded, the day was filled with hope, joy, and a new found passion to push through in shaping the landscape of teaching as a vocation and noble profession.
