Congratulations to Ms. Mary M. Asia (College of Communication and Information Technology, PRMSU Candelaria Campus) and Dr. John Lenon E. Agatep (College of Communication and Information Technology, PRMSU Iba Main Campus) on their international research publication published in the International Journal of Scientific Research & Engineering Trends, Vol. 12(Issue 1), 2026.

Their study developed an enhanced AES cryptography algorithm integrated with Elliptic Curve Diffie-Hellman (ECDH) to strengthen the security of health information exchange by improving key management and resistance to cyberattacks. Although the enhanced algorithm requires higher computational resources, it significantly improves data protection and is well-suited for healthcare systems where safeguarding sensitive health records is a top priority.

University President Dr. Roy N. Villalobos, the University Research Services Office (URSO), and the PRMSU community proudly recognize the author for his exemplary scholarly achievement.

Congratulations to Dr. Marie Fe D. De Guzman (College of Teacher Education, PRMSU Iba Main Campus), Dr. Leila L. Ravana (Faculty, College of Communication and Information Technology, PRMSU Candelaria Campus) and their co-author, Mr. Wilbert B. Fronda, on their international research publication published in the International Journal of Multidisciplinary: Applied Business and Education Research, Vol. 7(Issue 2), 2026.

Their study explored the lived experiences of elementary teachers handling multigrade classrooms in Zone 2, Division of Zambales, revealing both the challenges and rewards of teaching diverse learners with limited resources. Despite heavy workloads and complex instructional demands, teachers demonstrated resilience through adaptive strategies, emphasizing the need for stronger institutional support, professional development, and adequate teaching resources.
