Candelaria ES Main conducted its 9th Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session and Gender and Development (GAD) Training, titled “We for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society.” Held in observance of National Women’s Month pursuant to Republic Act No. 6949, the session highlighted the 2026 sub-theme: “Lead Like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”

This initiative reaffirms our commitment to Republic Act No. 9710 (The Magna Carta of Women), fostering a community where equality, empowerment, and equitable access to resources are prioritized. To conclude the productive day, the teaching and non-teaching personnel enjoyed a celebratory early dinner at KAWA Restaurant.
