Kaliwa dam has many bad effects, so its construction should be stopped. Our infographic wants to show the adverse effects, even if the kaliva dam can supply metro manila, what about the indigenous people and animals that live in the forest so the kaliwa dam should really be stopped.

Here in our Comparison Infographics we made a advantages and disadvantages of Kaliwa Dam, we did some research on why people agree and disagree about the Kaliwa Dam Project.

Some people agreed on the Kaliwa Dam Project because the project will provide water security which is aim to lessen reliance on the Angat Dam. The main purpose of why some people need to agree is because they need a water supply mostly on the Metro Manila which is many people will get the futures water demand.

The second one is disagree, 1,465 people disagree on this project because once they build the Kaliwa Dam Project many of the habitats,endangered species that live in the highlands will be destroyed.

Our infographics is to show why people want to agree and disagree on this project, and to understand more about the negative and positive effects on the environment.

The purpose of this infographic is for the readers to be aware about how the Kaliwa Dam Project would affect the environment, particularly the existing species in the mountains of Sierra Madre.

This infographic tells that the project — construction of Kaliwa Dam in Sierra Madre may not only cause negative impact for those people who live in the proposed location, but also in the environment itself of the mountains. The Haribon Foundation stated in their report that the project dam would cause permanent damage in the environment where the construction will take place in —the Kaliwa Watershed, a national wildlife sanctuary and a forest reserve.
