The suspension covers Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Benguet, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, Laguna, and Occidental Mindoro, based on Memorandum Circular No. 128 signed by Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto.
Alternative learning modes will apply for classes at all levels in public and private schools, unless local chief executives direct otherwise.
Agencies delivering basic and health services, disaster response, and other vital services are directed to continue operations, while work suspension in the private sector remains at managementโs discretion.
