TALANG NHS SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDES ITS 2026 IN-SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS

Promoting Digital Wellness, Positive Reinforcement, Work-Life Balance, and Differentiated Learning Toward Improved Academic Performance
Teachers of Talang National High School gathered for a meaningful and enriching In-Service Training (INSET) on September 11โ12, 2026. The two-day training was not only about teachingโit was also about well-being, balance, and becoming better and more responsive educators for our learners.
The training highlighted the importance of mindful technology use, encouraging learners through positive reinforcement, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and embracing differentiated learning to address the diverse needs of learners and improve academic performance.
TNHS believes that behind every high grade is a teacher who chooses to understand, encourage, and believe in every learner.
