The Student Affairs and Services Office (SASO) issues this general advisory to remind all students to remain vigilant regarding online communications to avoid online fraud and phishing scams targeting academic communities. All official scholarship qualifying exams, shipping company orientations and cadetship selections are formally announced through official institutional bulletins, official social media outlets, or in-person SAS notices.

4. Verify and Report:
If you receive suspicious emails claiming to represent institutional offices or industry partners, do not reply, click any links, or download attachments. Report the interaction directly to the Student Affairs and Services Office for verification.

Your safety and digital security remain our top priority. Please stay alert and practice digital caution at all times.

Last night, we stepped into a world of pixels and vibrant colors. Individually, a single pixel might seem small and isolated. But when hundreds of pixels come together, aligned in purpose and vision, they render a breathtaking picture. That is exactly what the Mariners' Canaman Pixel Acquaintance Party was all about. Each of you brought your own unique color, energy, and personality to the floor, and together, we created an unforgettable masterpiece to kick off this academic year.

On behalf of the Office of Student Affairs and Services, we want to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who made the Student Organizations Fair and Acquaintance Party a resounding success—our student leaders, the organizing committee, advisers and every single student who came out to connect and celebrate.

As we logged off from last night's celebration, remember that your journey here at Mariners' is much like upgrading your gear in a game. There will be challenges to clear, skills to master, and levels to complete. But always remember that your Student Affairs and Services family is here as your support system, ready to guide you through every stage of your college life.

Keep connecting, keep collaborating, and keep building a stronger, more united Mariners' community.

Thank you and congratulations to everyone. Power up and sail forward, Mariners'!
