World Su***de Prevention Day | You Matter. You Are Not Alone.

Sometimes, the kindest thing we can do is simply listen, stay, and remind someone that they are not alone. A caring word, a genuine check-in, or being present when someone is struggling can make a meaningful difference.

Let us create a community where asking for help is a sign of courage, where no one feels ashamed of their struggles, and where everyone knows that they are important, loved, and worthy of support.

Be the friend who listens without judgment.
Be the person who notices.
Be the reason someone chooses to stay. 💛

Together, let’s spread hope, compassion, and understanding.

🌹✨ HAPPY FEAST OF THE NATIVITY OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY ✨🌹

Today, we celebrate with grateful hearts the birth of the woman chosen by God to become the Mother of our Savior, Jesus Christ. 💙

Mary’s birth reminds us that God’s greatest plans often begin in the quietest and humblest moments. Before her “yes” at the Annunciation, there was a life prepared by grace—a life of faith, purity, humility, and complete trust in God.

As we celebrate the birthday of our Blessed Mother, may we learn from her to trust God even when His plans are beyond our understanding, to remain faithful in times of uncertainty, and to say “yes” to His will with a humble and courageous heart.

May Mary always lead us closer to her Son, Jesus. May she teach us to treasure God’s presence, to love without expecting anything in return, and to become instruments of peace, compassion, and hope in the lives of others.

🙏 O Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God and our Mother, intercede for us.
When our faith grows weak, strengthen us.
When our hearts are troubled, comfort us.
When we lose our way, lead us closer to Jesus.
And when God calls us to serve, help us respond with the same loving “YES” that changed the world.

🌸 Happy Birthday, Mama Mary! 🌸
May your gentle presence remind us that where there is faith, there is hope; where there is humility, there is grace; and where there is God, there is always a way.

💙 “My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord; my spirit rejoices in God my Savior.” — Luke 1:46–47

Mary, Mother of God, pray for us. 🙏🌹

“The Filipino is worth dying for.”

Today, August 21, we commemorate Ninoy Aquino Day, honoring the life, courage, and sacrifice of former Senator Benigno “Ninoy” S. Aquino Jr. His unwavering commitment to democracy and freedom continues to inspire generations of Filipinos.

As a school community, may we remember that courage, love of country, and standing for what is right are values that we can practice every day.

Let us honor Ninoy’s legacy by becoming responsible, compassionate, and courageous citizens who contribute to a better Philippines. 🇵🇭
