IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be informed that, pursuant to Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 13, alternative learning modes and learning continuity measures shall be implemented in the areas covered by the Circular on 20 August 2026, due to the anticipated continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon.

All classes shall shift to appropriate alternative learning modalities to ensure the continuity of learning and the safety of our students and faculty.

ANNOUNCEMENT: IMPLEMENTATION OF ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES

​Please be guided by Memorandum Circular No. 129 issued by the Office of the President, Malacañang.

​In anticipation of continued heavy rainfall caused by the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Hanging Habagat) and potential risks of localized flooding, alternative learning modes and learning continuity measures will be implemented on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

Please check your class group chats for specific instructions from your instructors.

𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗚𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦, 𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟𝗦 𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗨𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝟭𝟴

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 128, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 18, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Benguet
📍 Zambales
📍 Bataan
📍 Tarlac
📍 Pampanga
📍 Bulacan
📍 Cavite
📍 Batangas
📍 Rizal
📍 Laguna
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

🤝Forging Stronger Partnerships for a Brighter Future!

Camiling Colleges, Inc. proudly marks another significant milestone with the successful signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) on June 30, 2026, at the Office of the President Conference Room.

Organized by the Office of External Linkages and International Affairs, the ceremony commenced with welcome remarks and the presentation of TAU officials. The University was represented by the deans of its different colleges, who reaffirmed TAU's commitment to fostering transformative partnerships that promote academic innovation, research, extension initiatives, and community engagement.

Representing Camiling Colleges, Inc., Ms. Gielene M. Lintao, Assistant Registrar, introduced the college's officials, followed by a message of gratitude from CCI President Mr. Robert Francis F. Romulo, who expressed his sincere appreciation to Tarlac Agricultural University for the opportunity to establish a collaborative partnership anchored on shared goals in education, research, and community development.

The ceremonial signing formalized the commitment of both institutions to work together in advancing quality education, collaborative research, extension services, and other initiatives that will create meaningful opportunities for students, faculty, and the communities they serve.

The activity concluded with closing remarks from Dr. Janet R. Valdez, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Vice President for Research and Internationalization of Camiling Colleges, Inc., who emphasized the importance of cultivating strong institutional partnerships in advancing academic excellence, innovation, and sustainable development.
