The Philippine Flag at half-mast at Salvacion Elementary School, Sipocot North District as a sign of mourning of the death of the former Punong Barangay of Salvacion, Sipocot, Camarines Sur Hon. Domingo "Inggo" Villamonte, as our gesture of respect for our beloved Kapitan. Salamat pong maray Kap Inggo sa saimong karahayan, kahigusan asin pagpadangat sa samung eskwelahan. Dai me po ika malilingawan. Condolence po sa gabus na miembro kan pamilya asin constituents kan samung barangay Salvacion. Rest in Peace po Kap Inggo.
