The Early Childhood Care and Development Council joins the Civil Service Commission in celebrating the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) this September, in line with Presidential Proclamation No. 1050, s. 1997.

With the theme “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, Galing para sa Bayan,” we honor the dedication and excellence of our public servants. Their patriotism and integrity continue to build a stronger and more progressive nation for every Filipino.
