📢 Reminder to All Teacher-Vloggers

In line with DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026 or the Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment (ESMLE), here are key reminders for teachers engaged in content creation:

🔹 No vlogging during class time
Teaching time is for student learning. Recording while conducting a class can distract learners and affect lesson delivery.

🔹 Protect learners’ identities
Students’ faces, voices, and identities must not appear in any content. This is in line with child protection and data privacy policies.

🔹 Content creation must not interfere with duties
Vlogging is a secondary activity. If it affects your performance as a teacher, it may lead to administrative concerns.

🔹 Maintain a professional image
Teachers are role models. Ensure that all online content aligns with DepEd standards—no exploitation, unprofessional behavior, or anything that may harm the school’s reputation.

❓ Is vlogging totally banned?
Not exactly—but it is strictly regulated.

✅ Allowed (Generally Safe):
• Personal teacher life (outside school hours)
• Educational content (without showing students)
• Lesson ideas, teaching tips, and reflections

❌ Not Allowed:
• Filming during actual class time
• Featuring students without proper safeguards
• Using school time or resources for personal content creation

📚 Bottom line: Always prioritize teaching. Practice responsible content creation.

In line with this momentous celebration, we are honored to present our distinguished Guest Speaker, 𝓜𝓼. 𝓛𝓾𝓼𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓮 𝓛. 𝓜𝓪𝓭𝓪𝓻𝓬𝓸𝓼, an accomplished professional currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Abraj Bay Real Estate, The Pearl, Doha, Qatar, and a proud alumna of Batch 2011.
