As a gesture of respect, collaboration, and commitment to advancing the Scouting Movement within the school community, FNHS Outfit 343 paid a courtesy call to the Institutional Head.

The delegation was led by Sctr. Jomar C. Calma, BTC, BSP Coordinator and Outfit Advisor, together with the dedicated adult leaders:

• Sctr. Maria Teresa R. Caraig, BTC
• Sctr. Rosebel DC. Estrella, BTC
• Sctr. Brian M. Manansala, BTC, LT
• Sctr. Aljon C. Orillos, BTC

The courtesy call was also attended by the Senior Scouts from both the Junior High School (JHS) and Senior High School (SHS) departments, demonstrating their active participation and commitment to the values of leadership, service, and citizenship.

The group was warmly received by Sctr. Benjamin C. Lizarondo, Institutional Head, where meaningful discussions were held regarding the continued support and development of Scouting programs and youth leadership initiatives within the school.

This activity reflects the strong partnership between school leadership and the Scouting community in nurturing responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented young leaders who are prepared to make a positive impact in their communities.

Together, FNHS Outfit 343, its adult leaders, and Senior Scouts continue to uphold the ideals of Scouting and inspire the next generation of leaders.

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁

169 years ago, Robert Baden-Powell was born. He saw that young people can do more than they are told, and that character is shaped by the choices we make every day.

He trusted young people to stand on their own, to act with courage, and to keep their word. Scouting became the proving ground where actions, not words, define who you are, and where small choices shape a lifetime of character.

Founder’s Day reminds every Scout that leaving the world better starts with each of us. What you do, how you act, and the way you keep your word today can echo far beyond what you see.

Isang marangal at taos-pusong pagbati sa dalawang Scouts ng Outfit 343 Frances National High School na buong dangal na naging kinatawan sa ginanap na Bulacan Council Scout Youth Forum sa Bajet-Castillo High School, Pulilan Bulacan noong Pebrero 7-8, 2026.

Ito ay sina:

Sa kanilang kahusayan, talino at aktibong pakikilahok sa makabuluhang talakayan, ipinamalas nila ang tunay na diwa ng pagiging Scout—may paninindigan, may malasakit at may pananagutan sa kapwa.

Higit sa lahat, nagdala sila ng isang makabuluhang resolusyon na naglalayong makatulong at magbigay-direksyon sa kapakanan at pag-unlad ng kabataan.

Ang kanilang inisyatiba at liderato ay patunay na ang kabataang may malinaw na adhikain at pusong naglilingkod ay may kakayahang magdulot ng positibong pagbabago sa komunidad.

Ang tagumpay na ito ay hindi lamang karangalan para sa kanila, kundi isang inspirasyon sa buong Outfit 343 na patuloy na isabuhay ang mga prinsipyo at pagpapahalaga ng isang tunay na Scout sa bawat pagkakataon ng paglilingkod.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to everyone who supported and participated in the successful School-Based Investiture Ceremony and Encampment of Outfit 343, held with the guiding theme, “Sustaining Growth.” This meaningful activity was made possible through the collective effort, dedication, and cooperation of our entire school community.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our Institutional Head and Chief Campfire Director, Sctr. Michael P. Santos, for his unwavering support and guidance in all scouting activities of our school.

We also thank our Head Teacher III and Assistant Director, Sctr. Ray Rudolf M. Pastrana, for his continuous leadership and assistance, which greatly contributed to the organization and success of the event, together with the Coordinator and Chairman, Sctr. Jomar C. Calma.

The Outfit 343, Scouts of Frances National High School (FNHS) attended the Municipal Scouting Youth Forum (MSYF) with the theme: “From Voice to Action: Prepared to think, Ready to Lead. YOU ARE RECOGNIZED!” from January 17-18, 2026, organized by the Municipal Scouting Committee of Calumpit.

The main objective of the Scout Youth Forum is to help the youth develop critical thinking and decision-making skills to deliver a solution that would allow the organization provide a better environment.

Big shoutout to their Adult Leaders, Sctr. Brian M. Manansala and Sctr. Maria Teresa Caraig and BSP Coordinator, Sctr. Jomar C. Calma.

Also, to our Institutional Head, Sctr. Michael P. Santos for his unwavering support.
