🕐 Employment Type: Full-Time, Regular Position
Mefats Aviation Academy - Senior Highschool Department is now accepting applications for five (5) regular teaching positions in our Senior High School Department. We are looking for dynamic, committed, and student-centered professionals to join our academic team for the following subject areas:
*English
*Mathematics
*Filipino
*Social Studies
*Science
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver lectures, simulations, and/or hands-on training in assigned subject areas.
-Develop, update, and maintain instructional materials in line with regulatory standards
-Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and practical evaluations.
-Provide academic and career guidance to students.
-Maintain accurate student records, grades, and attendance.
-Participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, and professional development activities.
-Ensure compliance with all academy policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
✅ Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field relevant to the subject area
-LET Passer (preferred but not required)
-Open for fresh graduates
-Strong command of the subject area and effective classroom management skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Passionate about shaping young minds and fostering a positive learning environment
-Proficiency in instructional tools and learning management systems (LMS).
Willing to perform other academic-related tasks.
