Sta. Lucia National High School community gathered on the school grounds for our weekly Flag Raising Ceremony, which was seamlessly led by Acad 11-C alongside their class adviser, Ma'am Narcelyn Lopez. The assembly solemnly opened with the recitation of the DepEd Mission and Vision, reaffirming our shared commitment to academic excellence and character formation. Following the ceremony, our Principal III, Dr. Melannie T. Sangoyo, delivered an inspiring message to motivate students and faculty for the week ahead.

A major highlight of this morning's event was the proud recognition of our outstanding Eagle Scout Awardee, presented by BSP Coordinator Sir June V. Magudayao together with Dr. Melannie T. Sangoyo, celebrating true leadership and selfless service. Concluding the gathering, Sir June officially kicked off National School Safety Week by introducing key safety precautions and re-orienting students on essential protocols to ensure a secure, prepared, and safe school environment for everyone.

Project REAL TALK was successfully held earlier today at Sta. Lucia National High School, where the Calumpit Municipal Police Station educated our SHS students on anti-illegal drugs and terrorism awareness. The program opened with remarks from Principal III, Dr. Melannie T. Sangooyo and included presentations by PLTCOL Leopoldo L. Estorque Jr., PSSg Vheji J. Jailani, and PCpl John Alwyn F. Angeles.

We extend our special thanks to Police Captain Ronald De Leon, Assistant Chief of the Police Community Affairs Development Unit of the Bulacan Provincial Unit, and Police Lieutenant Jerico L. Redon of the Bulacan Provincial Unit for their vital assistance and closing remarks during this important community effort.
