A meaningful gathering of student leaders from different schools across Bulacan, coming together to gain knowledge, raise awareness, and strengthen their role as empowered and responsible young leaders in the community.

The session highlighted the importance of empowering the youth to become resilient, prepared, and capable of responding to challenges, while encouraging them to build confidence, strengthen teamwork, and support one another.

Held at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium on September 19, 2026, the Bulacan Youth Summit served as an avenue for student leaders to learn, connect, and strengthen their commitment to becoming responsible and empowered young leaders.

The successful event was made possible through the efforts, coordination, and support of everyone who worked behind the scenes to bring together the student leaders of Bulacan.

Nearly a month and ahalf later, our ground-floor classrooms are still completely submerged. Yet, the work doesn't stop. While our dedicated teachers led virtual classes today, Dr. Melannie T. Sangoyo was right there on the ground, navigating the flooded campus to monitor the facilities firsthand while simultaneously joining the online sessions.

Itโ€™s a tough reality to look at, but this level of hands-on leadership keeps our school community safe, connected, and moving forward.

As we observe Su***de Prevention Month this September, let us embrace the truth that compassion can save lives and connection can heal pain. In our school, we pledge to break the silence and stigma surrounding mental health challengesโ€”reminding everyone that struggles do not define you, and temporary hardship does not mean there is no way forward. You do not have to face anxiety, sadness, or confusion by yourself; there are people who care, resources available, and brighter days ahead. It is okay not to be okay, and it is more than okay to speak up. Let us be kind to one another, check in on friends who seem distant, and choose empathy always. Your well-being is our priority, and your life is precious beyond measure.

Today, we celebrate the birth of Mama Mary, who became an important part of Godโ€™s plan and a loving mother to Jesus. Her life teaches us the beauty of having faith, being humble, and trusting God even when we cannot see what He has planned for us.

May we continue to look up to Mama Mary as an example of love and faithfulness. May she guide us in our daily lives, pray for our families, and lead us always closer to Jesus.
