Students let us remind ourselves of our duty, that is, not only to learn, but to mobilize in liberating our generation from the oppression of the past and the present.

In celebration of International Students Day, yesterday, November 17, 2025, let us remember the role of students in nation building and the struggle for a better society. The CNSTHS SSLG and SIKAP-CIC are united in affirming our stance in helping the community in face of disasters while condemning the systemic corruption in our country.

We recognize the role of the student body in aiding the country in the face of struggles and calamities. The recent rampage caused by the typhoon Uwan and Tino had tested our initiative in serving our fellow Filipinos in the face of adversity. Our Donation Drive initiative is a proof of this commitment, that despite being youth we're still capable of assisting our communities, be it in the form of money, of in kind donations, or of a call towards accountability.

Despite this, we must not forget the root cause of the heightened damage of calamities to our country, which are systemic corruption and complacency. The flood control issue has been going on within the past few months, with investigations even initiated yet not a single person has been convicted. With this, we are united in demanding an efficient, just, and transparent persecution of the persons involved in the multitude of anomalous flood control projects in our country.

Introducing CalNatSci's 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, a collaboration of the Supreme Secondary Learners Government (𝙎𝙎𝙇𝙂) and Sandigan ng Integridad ng Kabataang Pinoy (𝙎𝙄𝙆𝘼𝙋).

This leadership training for 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙗 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙨 and Selected 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙨 aims to equip student leaders with the right concepts and tools in navigating organizational stewardship, enhancing leadership capabilities of student-leaders in serving the student body, and contributing towards the CalNatScian community. 🧑‍🎓🔗
