Its final. BLGU 177 Captain Donna De Gana will be championing SWAN MM CTDI's proposed Memorandum of Agrement (MOA) which aims to implement "LEVEL-UP: A Skills Enhancement Program for the youth and other trainable residents of Barangay 177'.

The same MOA and techncial training concept will also be discussed as one of the agenda during the Barangay Council Session on November 13, 2025.

The actual MOA signing is pegged on November 24, 2025 during the BLGU's flag-raising ceremony.

Exploratory meeting with Captain Gilbert Rivera and Kag. Darwin Gatdula of Brgy 174. Highlights of the meeting include:

1. Joint implementation of skills development program, which includes harnessing and aligning of Brgy 174 programs with the program's of SWAN MM
2. FREE use of the Brgy 's training centers for our on-site trainings, including staff and other facilities
3. Initial betting of trainees in the immediate for SWAN MM' s massage training course
4. Inclusion of our training programs in their 2026 Barangay Development Plan
5. Joint venture of Brgy 174 and SWAN MM for other capacity building activities in the vicinity

SWAN-MM CTDI BOD Meeting for the month of OCTOBER. Salient issues discussed include the organization's on-going and projected programs, projects and activities (PPAs) and other organizational matters. Attending BODs were unanimous and forward-looking for future measurable activities of the organization.
