I recently discovered an app that shows real-time updates of earthquakes and tsunamis happening around the world ๐๐. It may not be 100% accurate, but seeing how often these disasters occur makes me realize how unpredictable life can be. Each shake and movement of the earth reminds us how fragile our world truly is.
Lately, scientists have observed that the Pacific Ring of Fire, the area where most of the worldโs earthquakes and volcanic eruptions occur has become more active. Around 90% of global earthquakes and 75% of active volcanoes are found within this region. The Philippines is part of this zone, which is why we often experience tremors and aftershocks. Itโs both a reminder and a warning that we must always be prepared for the unexpected.
Letโs take a moment to pray, not just for our safety, but for all the people who are currently, or have recently, experienced the magnitude of these earthquakes. ๐๐ May we continue to keep our faith strong, stay alert, and help spread awareness.
