The Boy Scouts of the Philippines joins the world in observing the . A moment to recognize how forests quietly support our lives in ways we often overlook.

This year’s theme, : Forests and Economies, reminds us that forests help communities move forward. They provide livelihoods, support local industries, and help ensure that resources remain available for the next generation.

As Scouts, this is our call to look closer, appreciate deeper, and take action. Spend time outdoors, learn from nature, and be part of efforts that protect and restore our forests in our own communities.

Plant a mangrove, save the coast. This has become the message of countless restoration campaigns especially in the Philippines. Most of these seedlings belong to the genus 𝘙𝘩𝘪𝘻𝘰𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘢 because this species grows easily. Yet, mangrove ecosystems were never meant to be simple. Can a coastline truly recover if we rebuild forests as monocultures rather than diverse ecosystems?

Ayesha Tambungui, a fellow CCSHS student, is currently bravely battling cancer and has taken a break from school to undergo the treatment she needs. During this difficult time, she needs the support of her community more than ever. 💛
To help her and her family, the SSLG will be organizing a 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐚𝐫 to raise funds that will provide monetary assistance for Ayesha’s medical treatment and recovery. Every small act of support can truly make a difference.

We encourage students, clubs, and other Kalsayeños who have small businesses or products to join and sell at the bazaar! Your participation will greatly help make this initiative successful.

This February 2, we commemorate World Wetlands Day, a global event that highlights the importance of wetlands in sustaining biodiversity, supporting livelihoods, and protecting communities from climate impacts 🌏💧

Wetlands play a vital role in water purification, flood control, and as habitats for countless species. Let us raise awareness and take action to protect and conserve these valuable ecosystems for present and future generations. 💚🌱

Ipinagmamalaki ng CCSHS ang dalawang scout na buong pusong kumatawan sa aming paaralan, kasama ang masisipag na crew ng GDJES, sa makasaysayang paggunita sa Andres Bonifacio National Monument (Monumento Circle) —isang pagpupugay sa diwa ng katapangan, pagkakaisa, at pagmamahal sa bayan.

Isang makabuluhang paggunita sa naganap na Investiture at Backyard Camp noong Nobyembre 28–29, kung saan pinanday ang disiplina, pagkakapatiran, at tunay na diwa ng paglilingkod. Sa bawat gawain at hamon, mas pinatatag ang aming paninindigan bilang kabataang handang tumindig at maglingkod.
