UECCS was honored to be invited by the Association of Civil Engineering Students (ACES) to render the 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬 during 𝐂𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 - 𝐀 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬, held on December 15, 2025 at MPH 3, LCT Building.

The Presentation of Colours, headed by Colour Commander 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐂. 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐚𝐲, was executed with discipline and precision, along with Colour Guards 𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐲 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐞 𝐅. 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 and 𝐉𝐡𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐦 𝐃. 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞, and Colour Bearers 𝐑𝐞𝐢 𝐊𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐑. 𝐍𝐚𝐦𝐞 and 𝐉𝐢𝐦𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐀. 𝐓𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐜𝐨. Through this ceremonial duty, UECCS proudly joined ACES in honoring the grit, perseverance, and commitment of Civil Engineering students as they take a significant step closer to the profession.

Earlier today, CAS Caloocan strengthened its collaboration with the Philippine National Police – Special Action Force (SAF) as officers coordinated on-site preparations for the highly anticipated Criminology Information Drive and Simulation Exercises happening this October 29, 2025.

Bilang mga propesyonal na isinasapraktika pa lamang ang serbisyo na isasakatuparan sa taumbayan, ang kasaysayan ang patunay na ang katiwalian ay matagal nang sumisirkulo sa Pamahalaan, kaya dapat mapanagutan na ang kasalanan sa bayan. Hindi lang ng isa o ng kasabwat, kundi lahat ng sangkot sa pagpapahirap sa buhay ng mga mamamayan.

On September 17, 2025, the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) held its General Assembly followed by the seminar “From Theory to Practice: Embedding Peace Education Across Disciplines,” at the UE Caloocan Conference Hall, 11th floor, Tan Yan Kee Academic Building.

The University of the East - Criminology & Cybersecurity Society (UECCS) had the honor of participating by performing the Presentation of Colors, applying the training provided by the University of the East Reserve Officer Training Corps Unit (UEROTCU). We extend our gratitude to UEROTCU for their instruction and support in making this possible.

This event also marked a milestone for Criminology in UE Caloocan as our members showcased their uniforms for the first time and rendered a welcoming salute to the attendees, a proud display of discipline, honor, and service.

We sincerely thank and appreciate the opportunity given to us by the College of Arts and Sciences, CAS Caloocan 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐇. On September 13 and 15, 2025, the University of the East - Criminology & Cybersecurity Society (UECCS) proudly collaborated with the University of the East Reserve Officer Training Corps Unit (UEROTCU) in training five of our members for the Presentation of Colors, in preparation for our participation in the CAS General Assembly and the seminar hosted by the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) titled “From Theory to Practice: Embedding Peace Education Across Academic Disciplines.”

The UE–Caloocan Student Councils (UESC) and Recognized Student Organizations (RSO) are launching a donation drive to support fellow students and communities affected by the recent calamities.

Many are currently in need of food, clean water, clothing, and basic necessities. In response, the student councils are maximizing their platforms to reach those who are most affected—especially during these difficult times.

This initiative is grounded in the spirit of bayanihan and bangon—a reminder that even the smallest act of help can be the first step for someone to begin again. Through this drive, we stand not only to give, but to be an instrument for others to rise and recover.
