UAAP, NAGKAKAISA SA PANAWAGANG HUSTISYA PARA KAY ALYSSA ALANO!

Sa gitna ng patuloy na pag-atake sa karapatang pantao, naninindigan ang mga estudyante ng University Athletic Association of the Philippines, kasama ang UP Diliman University Student Council, para igiit ang hustisya para kay Alyssa Alano at sa lahat ng naapektuhan sa Negros.

Malinaw na senyales ng kanyang pagkasawi ang lumalalang militarisasyon, karahasan, at sistematikong pang-aabuso sa mga maralita at komunidad sa kanayunan. Bilang lider-estudyante, kabataang mananaliksik, aktibista, at organisador, pinili ni Alyssa na makibaka kasama ang mga magsasaka sa Negros kung saan siya nakipamuhay at ipinaglaban ang kanilang kalagayan upang tutulan ang pang-aagaw ng lupa, pananamantala, at dahas ng estado.

Mariin naming kinokondena ang indiscriminate killing at strafing ng AFP na nagbunga sa sapilitang pagpapalikas ng daan-daang sibilyan at. Hindi ito simpleng “operasyon” lamang, sa halip ay tahasang paglabag sa karapatang pantao at sa mismong prinsipyo ng International Humanitarian Law na pumoprotekta sa mamamayan.

Hindi kaaway ng estado ang mga estudyante, aktibista, at mamamayang lumalaban.

Sila ang boses ng katotohanan. Sila ang lakas ng bayan.
Sa bawat pagtatangkang patahimikin ang kabataan, lalo lamang tumitibay ang aming paninindigan na lumaban, manindigan, at buong-tapang na igiit na palayasin ang militar sa kanayunan! Ipagtanggol ang lupa at kabuhayan ng mga taga Negros!

Makibaka para sa hustisya.
Paglingkuran ang sambayanan.

The UE Association of Communication Students (UE ACTIONS) was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the Students Affairs Office (SAO) on April 6, 2026 in recognition of the organization's efforts and partnering with the University in promoting the course B.A. Communication with Specialization in Digital Communication and Creative Media and admission of its freshmen enrollees for the Academic Year 2025 - 2026.

ACTIONS also received a Certificate of Participation for participating in the event "College RSO Booth 2026: Discover the Caloocan UEverse: Connect, Create, Celebrate!" held by SAO from March 12 to March 17, 2026

The certificates were handed by SAO Dir. Clemente A. Diwas along with Ma'am Joanne Harina

These awards signifies ACTIONS' dedication in collaborative efforts in promoting and representing its fellow COMMates.
