Before the busy rush of the new school year started, the KSE Faculty and Admin wrapped up the final day of INSET 2026 with an unforgettable team building day at Bunga Falls, Laguna!

​Nothing beats recharging in nature and sharing laughs with the best team before the classrooms fill up with our students. We are refreshed, united, and completely ready for the school year ahead! 💪

Those days were all about refining our classroom management skills. It’s easy to get caught up in the paperwork and the policies, but this training reminded us of the golden rule of teaching from 1 Corinthians 16:14: “Let all that you do be done in love.”

​When love is the foundation of our discipline, structure feels like security, not control. True discipline isn't about enforcing compliance; it's about nurturing character so that it grows from within.

The countdown to the 2026-2027 school year has officially begun at Knowledgeville!

Our amazing educators kicked off Day 1 of our In-Service Training, diving deep into what it truly means to practice effective management and proper discipline. As we prepare for a brand-new academic year, we anchor our hearts and mission in Proverbs 22:6: "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

​True discipline and effective management always start with the teachers. Our Vice School President, Sir Ronnie Cordero, set a powerful standard for the faculty, reminding everyone that "an effective teacher leads by example" and that we must focus on "leading with authority, teaching with love." He deeply inspired the team by emphasizing that "teaching is not just a profession, it is a calling from God." Aligning perfectly with this vision, our School President, Ms. Virginia Cordero, emphasized that above all, our educators must always "teach with wisdom, discipline, compassion, and heart."

​To wrap up an impactful Day 1, our educators spent time sharing their stories and experiences while having fun together! After all, a team that laughs together, grows together. 🎉 We are answering the call, filling our cups, and getting ready to pour love and wisdom into our students. Stay tuned for Day 2! 🚀
