Today marked the 64th anniversary of the Cityhood of Caloocan.

On February 16, 1962.Caloocan was inducted as a City, which is still a part of Rizal province. But on November 7, 1975 by virtue of Presidential decree No. 824 became part of the National Capital Region.

EVASIVENESS OF THE TAXES TO THE POOR.

Everybody pays taxes even those who most of the time do not have jobs, the so called extras. Everytime they buy’s something needed for them to survive they pay taxes.

Ordinary employees taxes were deducted before they can actually recieve their compensation

They are the so called captured tax payer, people who pays correct taxes faithfully. But their taxes do not even compensated by the services of the government, in any social services.

While those in the upper echelon of the society don’t even declare their true income to evade taxes, they pay accounting firm to manipulate their income to pay less taxes.

The irony is that, most of them are the expert that promulgate, imposed and manage the tax of the nation, but no one takes accountability, if taxes were corrupted and pocketed by their own colleagues.

If only few will act against truth and corruption, injustice will become normal in this society, you are selling and putting the future of your generation into gen-c (genocide generation), future good citizen will become extinct.

When a former police colonel exposed in the QUADCOM about government being the biggest and the top syndicated group in our country, that was just evolution of the government from being the biggest scammer of all time (SCOUT).

Out of more or less one million teaching force in the whole country not to mention the non teaching education workers, only 1,700 will benefit from this program/project of the Debt/Deaf Ed.

What will it create among the teachers? Will it create favoritism? Will it promote disgruntlement among who will not be choosen? Or it will create more problems than the solutions?

This kind of projects or programs of the department is a manifestation that those in the program department of the agency is either insensitive or they suffer from the so called "ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM SYNDROME."

It shows most of the programs of the agency do not address the real problem of the education or not studied well or tested, What they do is an aesthetic solution just to cover the deteriorating and rotting quality of education.

Philippines log down at the bottom rank, in any international standardize evaluation test, even in local test we do not meet the the standard.

The department continously frustrate the Pilipino learner, they say that officials are very quick in economic sides (personal gain), but very slow or nothing can be felt in the academic sides of education.

Don't let "EDUCATION evolved into EDUCATOON and end up to be IDIOTCATION"

So the Death Ed is just sweet talking the teachers just to at peace and silence them with regards to the death issues of a teacher caused by stress, anxiety caused by the CLASSROOM OBSERVATION (COT).

In fact the Deaf Ed intensifies the observation by creating more mini observation which has no bearing for it is not rated, in addition to the main COT.

Thus teachers will make countless preparation for the observation.

If they will get rid of the observation at this point, they might as well follow the right process of COT observation based on the agreement between the ratee and the rater in order for the teacher to prepare well on the said COT.

DEVISE NEW RATING SYSTEM TO ASSESS THE TRUE VALUE OF HARD WORK OF THE TEACHERS!

REVIEW, REVISIT, REVISE THE TEACHERS ASSESSMENT MANNER.
It is true in fact there was nothing new about the DepEd pronouncement that classroom observation is not the only way to assess the performance of the teachers, but the classroom observation is the bulk or the major source in other criteria on the KRA's, that rate the teachers and that is why they need not less than 4 COT's.

The question is. Does this manner of rating the performance of the teachers still serves it's purpose?. Is it really measures the real hard work and performance of the teachers? Or it post more problems than the solutions?

MGA kinauukulan pagtuunan ninyo ang ACADEMICS ng mga bata at hindi ang ECONOMICS ng mga kibauukulan sa deaf ed at paaralan!

Panahon na naman ng mga gastusin ng mga magulang para sa pag-aaral daw ng kanilang mga anak, na sa tingin ng mga karamihan sa magulang ay walang kinalaman sa pagkatuto ng mga mag-aaral, tulad mg FIELD TRIP, JUNIOR AND SEÑOR PROM., GRADUATION FEE NA BAYAD NA SA MOOE, ngunit ubod pa ng mahal ang simgil tulad din ng RECOGNITION at madami pang iba.

Sana sa mga g**o huwag kayong magamit ng mga linauukulan na gawing kalakal ang mga eskwela natin
Uso na nmn ang field trip pinopromite ng school at teachers dahil may porsiyento sa bayad ang g**o at school pero ang tanong malaki ba ang impact ng field trip sa learning ng bata o na entertain lng ang bata sa nasabing activity..ano ang panukat kung ang bata nga ba ay natuto sa fieldtrip

Mga g**o wag kayong maging kasangkapan ng school upang isulong ang economic agenda ng administration laban sa academic agenda ng paaralan at nating g**o...
