Dahil sa mababang kalidad ng hangin na naitala sa buong Metro Manila kasabay ng posibleng pag-ulan mamayang hapon, kanselado po ang klase sa lahat ng antas sa mga pribado at pampublikong paaralan sa Lungsod ng Caloocan simula 12:00 ng tanghali ngayong araw ng Biyernes, September 22, 2023.

Kanselado rin po ang lahat ng outdoor activities ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Caloocan bilang pag-iingat.

Muli, pinapayuhan ang lahat na magsuot ng face mask at iwasan ang paglabas ng bahay kung hindi kinakailangan. Kabilang sa mga posibleng maging epekto nito ay ang iritasyon sa mata, lalamunan at respiratory tract.
