２) Submit the Admission Requirements:
❑ 2 Pcs 2x2 Picture (White background & nametag)

❑ Long brown envelope
❑ Submit the following requirements if you are,

2. Updating of Grade Level ➔ Admission Office
3. Encoding of Subjects for Enrollment ➔ Computer Laboratory
4. Approval of Subjects for Enrollment ➔ Registrar's Office
5. Payment of Tuition Fee ➔ Cashier's Office
6. Signing of COM ➔ OSA ➔ Library ➔ Clinic
7. Request of GRC ID ➔ Admission Office

Office of The Registrar is open every weekday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and every saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

1. Transcript of Records (TOR)
2. Certificate of Completion (COC)

Steps:
1. FILL OUT the details needed in Request Form.https://grc.edu.ph/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/Request-for-School-Credentials-Claiming-Stub.pdf
2. COMPLETE the signatories of every department/Office.
3. PAY for the document requisitioned in Cashier Office.
4. SUBMIT the request form to Registrar's Office.
5. RECEIVE a claiming stub indicating the releasing date of your request.
