Students are reminded to complete their 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹, 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗣𝗠𝗗𝗘) on or before 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟴 (𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆).

For those who have not yet completed the required medical procedures, 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗭𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗫-𝗥𝗔𝗬, 𝗖𝗕𝗖, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗨𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗬𝗦𝗜𝗦. These procedures will move to UE-Manila by the end of the PMDE period, while the Physical and Dental Examination will remain available at UE-Caloocan.

Please be reminded that 𝗣𝗠𝗗𝗘 𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 for all students.

As of this time, the deadline remains August 28 (Friday), and any extension will be announced accordingly; in the absence of an official announcement, August 28 shall remain the final deadline.

Through sENtralisado, you can contribute your skills and talents in events, media production, academic initiatives, sponsorships, and student communications.

𝗠𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗘
• Works with the Public Relations Officer in creating engaging visual content for the ENSC, including pubmats, captions, photography, videography, editing, and event documentation.

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗘
• Handles the technical and on-ground operations of ENSC events, assisting with audio-visual setups, logistics, booth and stage layouts, and event preparations.

𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗘
• Works with the Business Manager in building and maintaining partnerships with external organizations and sponsors, including reaching out to potential sponsors and maintaining professional communication.

𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗖 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗘
• Works with the Year Representatives on ACADEMS, the ENSC’s academic initiative. Members assist in researching, creating, and organizing review materials and other academic resources.

𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗘
• Works with the Public Relations Officer and Year Representatives as a bridge between the council and the student body, assisting in writing captions, articles, announcements, and other communications.

• Be a bona fide student of the University of the East–Caloocan enrolled for the First Semester, A.Y. 2026–2027.

As stated in the University’s latest advisory, the following class schedule will be observed to give students more time to recover from the recent flooding:

𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟵 (Wednesday): Asynchronous Classes
𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬 (Thursday): Classes Suspended
𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟭 (Friday): Holiday — No classes
𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟮 (Saturday): Regular classes are F2F, NSTP classes are online synchronous

Face-to-face classes will proceed, subject to favorable weather conditions.

Students are advised to coordinate with their teachers for any concerns and stay updated through the University’s official channels.

This schedule may still change based on further directives from Malacañang, LGUs, or the University.
