The St. Clare College of Kaloocan Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Unit (SCCKROTCU). On 28 ARPIL 2026, under the leadership of 𝗠𝗔𝗝 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗢 𝗔 𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗚𝗢 (𝗙𝗦) 𝗣𝗔, Commandant, and 𝗠𝗔𝗝 𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗢 𝗗 𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗝𝗥 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗦), Assistant Commandant, the day was filled with a righteous event.

The unit was deeply honored by the presence of 𝗚𝗘𝗡 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘 𝗢 𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗢 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗧), the 58th Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and a Medal of Valor recipient. Escorted by 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗟 𝗠 𝗔𝗚𝗣𝗔𝗢𝗔 𝗜𝗡𝗙 (𝗚𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔, Director of the 1301st CDC.

Serving as the representative of the St. Clare department, 𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗬. 𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗟𝗢 𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗢𝗡, Director of the Office of Community Engagement Services under the Office of the Student Affairs and Services, formally welcomed the General to the institution, highlighting the school's pride in hosting such a distinguished guest.

Throughout his delivery, he bridged the gap between high-level military strategy and the fundamental duties of a citizen-soldier, providing the cadets with a rare opportunity to learn from one of the most distinguished officers in the history of the Philippine Army. During the session, he spoke to the cadets about the leadership principles that defined his "Fearless" career, emphasizing that integrity and technical competence are the bedrock of any effective officer. By sharing his firsthand experiences in the field, he illustrated that true leadership is a service-oriented calling, urging every cadet to cultivate a spirit of discipline and resilience that will serve them whether they choose a career in the military or in the civilian sector.

Following the lecture, an awarding ceremony for the NICA West Philippine Sea Poster Contest was held. 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗟 𝗠 𝗔𝗚𝗣𝗔𝗢𝗔 𝗜𝗡𝗙 (𝗚𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔 and 𝗠𝗔𝗝 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗢 𝗔 𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗚𝗢 (𝗙𝗦) 𝗣𝗔, extended their congratulations to the talented winners:

This engagement provided the SCCKROTCU cadets with a rare masterclass in leadership from one of the most distinguished officers in the history of the Philippine Army, reinforcing the unit's commitment to developing the next generation of Filipino leaders.

The St Clare College of Kaloocan Reserve Officers' Training Corps Unit (SCCKROTCU) successfully held its 10th and 11th training days through an online session under the leadership of MAJ CARLO A DENDIEGO (FS) PA, Commandant and MAJ ROGELIO D DEMELLETES JR PA (RES), Assistant Commandant, featuring a comprehensive curriculum led by expert instructors. The session covered Field Craft and Survival taught by 2LT DIONAS A PEÑOSO PA (RES), Basic Signal Communication with SSg Akheless B Toribio (OS) PA (Res), Military history & Evolution presented by Sgt Michael Emm Z Asuncion PA (Res), and Combat Training Individual Soldier conducted by Sgt Paulo S Patosa Jr PA (Res).

The successful ex*****on of this joint training session underscores the resilience of the SCCKROTCU. By bringing together expert instructors and motivated cadets in a virtual space, we continue to forge the future leaders of our nation, regardless of the medium.

𝗦𝗖𝗖𝗞𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖𝗨 | 𝗘𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

The St. Clare College of Kaloocan Reserve Officers' Training Corps Unit (SCCKROTCU) successfully underwent a comprehensive ROTC evaluation on 12 April 2026. The activity was overseen by 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗟 𝗠 𝗔𝗚𝗣𝗔𝗢𝗔 𝗜𝗡𝗙 (𝗚𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔, Director of the 1301st CDC, and conducted under the leadership of 𝗠𝗔𝗝 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗢 𝗔 𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗚𝗢 (𝗙𝗦) 𝗣𝗔, Commandant.

Upon arrival, the Evaluation Team, led by 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗥𝗔𝗨𝗟 𝗦 𝗩𝗜𝗚𝗢 𝗜𝗡𝗙 (𝗚𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔, proceeded to the conference room for the formal Commandant’s briefing presentation.

The event was attended by distinguished officials, including Atty. Petronilo Alarcon, Director of the Office of Community Engagement Services under the Office of Student Affairs and Services, and 𝗠𝗦𝗴 𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗢 𝗕 𝗖𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗠𝗔 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗦), ROTC Coordinator, along with the unit’s training staff.
