The Saint Clare College of Kalookan Reserve Officersโ Training Corps Unit (SCCKROTC) unit on 17th of July 2026
conducted the Safety in Action: Fire & Earthquake Drill engaging Basic Education and Senior High School student. At 0821H, the meeting started at the theater and concluded at 0848H. At 0925H, the students began gathering at the gymnasium, and by 0932H, all students were assembled. The program officially started at 0933H, led by ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐จ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ (๐๐๐ฌ), ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐. At 0949H, a demonstration on rescuing one civilian was performed, followed by a scenario involving a suspicious individual at 1000H. At 1004H, the presenters demonstrated different types of bandaging, which concluded at 1011H. At 1012H, ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐จ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ (๐๐๐ฌ), ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ introduced the "GO BACKPACK," explaining the essential items that should be prepared in case of disasters. At 1018H, he discussed the proper actions to take during a fire emergency, including the correct way to use a fire extinguisher and the meaning of the acronym PASS (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep). At 1024H, the cadet officers demonstrated proper casualty-carrying techniques, including the fireman carry and two-man carry. At 1025H, the cadet officers and Military Police conducted a simulation on the appropriate response during an active shooter incident at school, while ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐จ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ (๐๐๐ฌ), ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ provided explanations to help the students better understand the procedures. The program ended at 1033H, and by 1036H, the students returned to their respective classrooms.
