Influenza and Influenza-like Illnesses (ILI)

The Health Services Unit reminds all Clareans to stay alert and protected against Influenza and Influenza-like Illnesses (ILI), which cause fever, cough, sore throat, body pain, fatigue, and chills.

Prevention Tips:
Wear a mask if you have cough or colds.
Wash hands regularly or use alcohol-based sanitizer.
Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
Get your flu vaccine annually.
Eat healthy, rest well, and stay hydrated.
Seek medical attention and stay at home if you have symptoms to prevent spreading the virus.
