This activity showed our strong commitment towards the food safety of our customers, from sourcing to preparation and delivery.

Our staff has SERVSAFE CERTIFICATION "FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER" a well-known and highly recognized certificate issued by the American National Standards Institute. In addition, our Quality Inspection Officer is also a Registered Fisheries Technologist from the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC)
