We are now accepting new TES applications.

TES Application Procedure:

1. Fill-out the TES Application form thru this link https://tinyurl.com/tesapplication25-26(fill out in ALL CAPITAL LETTER)

3. Submit a certified true copy of your registration form, 1st semester AY 2025-2026 to the Registrar’s office.

3. Deadline of Application and submission - October 30, 2025 (Thursday)

IMPORTANT: If you are already a continuing TES (Tertiary Education Subsidy) grantee, you should not fill out or submit this application form.

Note: This is only application, subject for verification and approval of CHED Unifast.
