ASYNCHRONOUS CLASSES
& SPORTS FEST POSTPONEMENT ON MARCH 3, 2025

Due to the extreme heat and with temperatures in Metro Manila expected to exceed 40 degrees Celsius, St. Clare College and Better Children of St. Clare Montessori Center will shift to asynchronous classes on Monday, March 3, 2025, for the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, and staff.

In line with this, the ongoing Sports Fest shall also be postponed until further notice. Students are advised to wait for further announcements regarding its resumption.

This decision is aligned with the LGUs in Metro Manila canceling classes due to the extreme weather conditions.

Students are advised to check their LMS and official program group chats for further instructions from their teachers, instructors and professors.

Stay hydrated, avoid prolonged sun exposure, and take necessary precautions against the heat. Regular updates will be provided through our official channels. Stay safe, Clareans!

We have received reports of scammers posing as school officials, accounting staff, or registrar’s personnel to deceive students. These scammers may:

🔴 Call you and request personal information
🔴 Ask you to make payments through unofficial platforms
🔴 Threaten that you are not officially enrolled or that your records are on hold

❗ DO NOT entertain these scammers. St. Clare College will NEVER ask for payments outside of our official channels.

If you receive a suspicious call or message:
✅ Do not share any personal details
✅ Take note of the phone number
✅ If possible, record the call and voice as evidence
✅ Report the incident immediately to the school administration
