Due to the effects of Super Typhoon Uwan, heavy rains and strong winds are expected in several areas of the Philippines. Please remain alert and ensure your homes are safe and secure. Avoid going outdoors unless absolutely necessary, and keep your emergency supplies or kit ready.

Let us also take a moment to pray for the people affected by the typhoon, as well as for the stray animals and the homeless. May this typhoon calm soon, and may the flooded areas and damaged places recover quickly without causing more harm. 🙏 Keep praying to God and may He keep us all safe. 🌧️🤍

Nakakapagod man pero marami tayong baon na kaalaman sa hinaharap! Today, September 12, 2025, students at Kalayaan National High School received invaluable CPR training thanks to the amazing RCY caravan. This isn't just about learning a skill; it's about empowering our students to potentially save lives!

A massive shoutout to our truly amazing RCY members, dedicated officers, hardworking committee, all the participating clubs, and of course, our fantastic RCY advisor, Ma'am Tere, for their unwavering support and enthusiasm! 🙌

And a huge thank you to the RCY instructors who expertly guided everyone through the CPR techniques – you were all amazing! 🙏
