When you study, do you find it easy to fall asleep? 🥱 Here’s a for you!

Avoid becoming too comfortable when studying!
If you're too comfortable, you'll probably fall asleep while studying. The most important piece of advice here is to avoid studying in bed. You can use separate study and sleeping areas so that your brain is able to distinguish between them.

Changing your study spot every day can also boost your concentration and memory, but be sure that none of them makes you too comfortable that you start feeling sleepy. Furthermore, maintain a straight back by sitting on a desk and chair. Bright lights will also help you stay awake and focused while studying. 💡

Why can you spend more time playing games than studying? 🎮 One evident difference is ✨challenge✨.

Try this to add spice to your study sessions! It’s true that we can learn better with games and can be more motivated too.

🎮 𝙂𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙛𝙮 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙨! Making your own little challenges, such as reading 'x' amount of pages in 'x' minutes or solving a Math challenge problem within a specified amount of time can be an incredibly motivating way to keep yourself focused and help you study better. You can even reward yourself with a study snack or a study break when you complete your challenges. 🏆

Perhaps you'll be able to write two pages in half the time or solve a math problem easily. The challenge doesn't have to be difficult. The key is to make your study routine challenging enough to engage your brain properly so you don't get bored while studying. 🧠✨

Studying can be a trying experience — a life-long exploring to find what study routine and study habits suit you best. Enjoy and celebrate the studying process, and not just the results. Happy Friday, Starlights! 💛🤗
