The Manila Central University (MCU) community mourns the passing of 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 “𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗴” 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗼, 𝗠𝗛𝗔, 𝗙𝗣𝗖𝗛𝗔, the University’s 5th President, esteemed Chairman of the Board of MCU and MCU–FDT Medical Foundation, Inc., and the longest serving official of MCU. She peacefully returned to our Creator on November 13, 2025, at the age of 94.

A devoted leader, mentor, and the cornerstone of the institution that MCU is today, Mrs. Estanislao dedicated her life to advancing the mission of Atty. Filemon D. Tanchoco, Sr. to provide quality education, healthcare, and compassionate service to every Filipino. Her legacy of integrity, grace, and unwavering commitment has established these values as the brand of MCU, and will forever inspire the MCU community and the MCU–FDT Medical Foundation family.
