Complying with DepEd Memorandum No. 50, s. 2018 (2018 Oplan Balik Eskwela), the Schools Division of Iloilo hereby activates its Oplan Balik Eskwela - Public Assistance Command Center which will run from May 21 to June 8, 2018.

The OBE-PACC aims to address problems, queries and other concerns commonly encountered by the public at the start of the school year.

All schools shall post/display the OBE-PACC contact information at the school gate or in a conspicuous area within the school premises using the prescribed template and contact information provided in Enclosure No. 1 of Division Memorandum No. 133, s. 2018. Schools are likewise directed to put up a Public Assistance Desk to be managed by at least two (2) teachers/staff who can provide assistance to the public.
