Project CALM 🌿💙

Last February 24, 2026 – we took a meaningful step toward understanding, healing, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. Through this seminar, we realized that mental health is just as important as physical health. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed. It’s okay to ask for help. And most importantly, it’s okay to not be okay.

Project CALM is more than just a seminar, it is a movement. A movement that creates safe spaces, spreads awareness, and reminds everyone that no one has to struggle in silence. Together, let us choose empathy, kindness, and calmness in a world that can sometimes feel too heavy.

Because awareness saves lives, and understanding creates change. 💙🌿

Endangered means at risk of extinction. Once a species disappears, it can never return.

In the Philippines, the Philippine Eagle has fewer than 500 left in the wild because of deforestation. The Tamaraw, found only in Mindoro, continues to decline due to hunting and land conversion. The Hawksbill Sea Turtle is threatened by plastic pollution and illegal wildlife trade.

These animals are not just part of nature. They are part of our ecosystem.
When one species disappears, it affects the balance of life, including us.

Act today. Reduce plastic. Protect forests. Say no to illegal wildlife products. Spread awareness.
