GRAND NIGHT RAFFLE DRAW GUIDELINES
1. Only CCHS/CNHS/EVRSHS alumni members are qualified to join in the Grand Night Raffle Draw. A CNHS alumnus/alumna is defined as a graduate of CCHS/CNHS/EVRSHS (either junior or senior high).
2. Members and officers of the Host Batch 1999 are disqualified to join in the raffle draw.
3. Each ticket is priced at 60.00. For every ticket purchase, 10.00 will be donated to CNHS intended for a school project.
4. Prizes at stake include the following:
Grand Prize: 50,000.00 cash
Major Prizes: 30,000.00 cash
20,000.00 cash
Minor Prizes: appliances, grocery items, gift items, and many more
5. Cut off on the dropping of the ticket stubs at the tambiolo is at 9:00 in the evening of the Grand Night, December 27, 2024. The sales and purchases of raffle tickets shall cease at 8:30 PM.
6. Tickets sold shall bear the signature of the authorized batch representative. These tickets are numbered, monitored and closely coordinated by the batch officers and members.
7. There shall only be one winner each for the GRAND and MAJOR prizes on the Grand Night. The same person/ ticket owner shall not be allowed to claim more than one grand/major prize. If a person's name is called more than once for the grand or major prize, he/she gets the higher prize while the lower prize will be redrawn for another winner.
8. For MINOR prizes, multiple claims of the same winner for different stubs shall be allowed.
9. GRAND and MAJOR prizes should be claimed personally. Upon announcement of the winner, the person shall be given a count sufficient to declare his/her presence at the raffle event. Absence at the actual raffle draw will disqualify the person and forfeit the prize, in place of another draw. No representation is allowed.
10. MINOR prizes can be claimed personally or through authorized representatives.
11. The ticket claim stub is required to be presented to claim the prize. Replacements for lost claim stubs shall not be entertained. NO CLAIM STUB, NO PRIZE.
12. Tickets confirmed and verified by the host batch to be fake or fraudulently acquired shall be disqualified and ineligible to claim the prize, with no prejudice to proper actions against the perpetrators of the fraudulent tickets/claims.
13. Unclaimed prizes will be reverted back to Batch 1999 fund.
