🏫 Type A (Official Uniform): New prescribed sets for Elementary, JHS, and our brand-new SHS designs.

👕 Type B (Alternative Uniform): Applied to all Tabawanians—a plain white T-shirt paired with decent pants and closed shoes.

🚫 Strictly Prohibited: Ripped jeans, short shorts/mini skirts, sleeveless tops/sandos, crop tops, and slippers (unless with medical permission).

For college graduating students who are requesting for their SF10 (Form 137) as part of their documentary requirements:

Kindly submit to the Registrar's Office your school's Official Request Form AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (Transactions are Monday to Thursday, Morning Only) so that your request can be acted upon immediately.

ALL REQUESTS have processing period of 5-10 working days and CANNOT BE RUSHED due to our one-person only staff. Messenger chat is for follow-up of status of your requests only or other concerns.

​To ensure a smooth and organized opening for SY 2026–2027, we are strictly implementing ONLINE REGISTRATION for all students!

​💻 WHY IS ONLINE REGISTRATION ESSENTIAL?
​1️⃣ For Incoming Grade 7: This is the basis for your Entrance Exam schedule. The official lists will be posted daily between May 8 – 15, 2026. No online registration means no exam slot!

2️⃣ For Returning Students, Transferees, & ALS: This is the primary basis for your sectioning.

3️⃣ Avoid the "Cramming" Rush: We want to avoid a "last-day" bottleneck at the Enrollment Committee. Registering early ensures your name is properly enlisted and your sectioning is processed ahead of time. Don’t risk being left off the official class list!
