The wait may have been long, but today we can finally say: ADI NA! 😄

Congratulations to our 12 newly promoted personnel and to our Principal III, Ma'am Nieves! Your patience, perseverance, and dedication have truly paid off. 💙

💙 Salamat, Sir Margarito!

On behalf of San Joaquin Central Elementary School, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our outgoing Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Margarito A. Cadayona, Jr., PhD, CESO VI, for his leadership, service, and the many lessons he leaves with us.

We have seen how you consistently placed service before recognition. You reminded us that our work is not something to be thanked for, but a responsibility entrusted to us, one that ultimately exists to support our teachers and learners.

We will also remember your efforts to make public service more innovative, fair, and transparent, particularly your push for technology-driven systems that made processes more accessible and efficient. These may not have been perfect, but they showed us what is possible when we are willing to improve the way we serve.

Most of all, we will remember your constant reminder to put God at the center of everything we do. 🙏

Thank you, Sir, for your service to SDO Calbayog City and for the leadership you shared with all of us. May God bless you abundantly as you begin another chapter in your journey.

From your San Joaquin CES family, thank you and God bless, Sir! 💙🙏

🏗️ From Plans to Progress: The Work Begins!

Today marks an exciting milestone for San Joaquin Central Elementary School as we officially break ground for the construction of our new 1-Storey, 2-Classroom School Building! 🏫✨

What was once a plan is now taking its first steps toward becoming a reality—bringing us closer to having additional, safe, and conducive learning spaces for our learners.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) for making this project possible and to the Schools Division of Calbayog City for the continued support and guidance throughout the process.

We also thank our Barangay San Joaquin Council and all our partners and stakeholders for being part of this important milestone.

🙏 From plans to progress, we look forward to seeing this project rise and serve generations of San Joaquin learners.

🙏🏫 Another Prayer Answered! ✨

A new chapter begins for San Joaquin CES! We recently held the Pre-Construction Conference for the upcoming construction of a 1-Storey, 2-Classroom School Building—another much-needed addition to our growing school.

The project was presented by the DPWH engineers, with the participation of Engr. Jordan B. De Veyra and Sir Oscar Billate, EPS-SGOD, representing the Schools Division Office.

We also thank Punong Barangay Silverio C. Palima for his presence and continued support for San Joaquin CES. 💙🤝

This is more than just a construction project—it is another step toward providing our learners with better, safer, and more conducive spaces to learn. 💙

We are excited and hopeful to see this project take shape. One prayer answered, one classroom at a time. 🙏✨

📋 Committed to Transparency and Accountability 💙

San Joaquin Central Elementary School remains committed to the judicious utilization of school funds and the timely submission of compliance reports in support of transparency and good governance.

We are grateful to the Schools Division of Calbayog City for recognizing the efforts of our School Head, Ma'am Nieves C. Javines, and Administrative Officer II, Mae Angelica R. Comota, in ensuring the prompt submission of reports on the utilization of School MOOE and other funds, as well as the mandatory posting of financial reports on the School Transparency Board.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the Tinambacan 2 Finance Team—Ma'am Ester Joy Ogawa (Senior Bookkeeper) and Ma'am Carla T. Lentejas (Disbursing Officer)—for their invaluable guidance, support, and assistance in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Transparency and accountability are shared responsibilities, and we will continue to uphold these principles in serving our learners and stakeholders.

San Joaquin CES Community Pool is now open! 👀 Swimming tryouts soon? 🏊🏊🏊

Kidding aside 😅 this has become a recurring concern for our school every rainy season. We remain hopeful that, through the cooperation of our Barangay San Joaquin Council and other stakeholders, we can finally work toward a lasting solution to this flooding problem.

San Joaquin CES has acquired additional DRRM tools and equipment through the DRRM CUCO Fund to strengthen our disaster preparedness and emergency response.

From wheelbarrows, hand trucks, buggies, hammers, axes, and other essential tools, these will help us respond more effectively during emergencies while also supporting various school maintenance activities.
